Interac Deposits at Forex Brokers

How Interac funding works at forex brokers, typical limits, and what it means for withdrawals.

By the Best Forex Canada research team · Updated July 2026

Interac e-Transfer is the funding method most Canadians reach for first — familiar, fast and bank-grade secure.

How it works at a broker

You initiate a transfer from the broker's funding page, approve it in your banking app, and funds typically credit within minutes to a few hours. Per-transfer limits (commonly C$3,000–10,000 depending on your bank) make it best for initial funding and top-ups rather than large balances.

Withdrawals

Interac deposits are generally returned via EFT to the same bank account, landing in 1–3 business days after approval.
